Design Process
As our team grew, I recognized that there was a lack of process in how we iterated on our products. Working with a cross-functional team, I lead an effort to determine our design process. This included creating opportunities for design research, and having set milestones where we came together as a team. This effort drastically improved the way our team collaborated, and our efficienccy.
