Internal Culture
One of my passions is creating a healthy company culture. I had the opportunity with Amber Engine to be one of the main contributors in building and maintaining a culture that was productive, engaging, and purposeful. Below is a view into our culture from a visual perspective.

Core Value Creation
I was able to facilitate the creation of Amber Engine's core values through a series of working sessions. These values were incredibly helpful for our team to talk about how we should hire and grow as a company.
Abe Mascot
Abe was a creation of one of my designers when coming up with visuals for our core values, and became a part of our culture as an internal mascot. We used Abe in many ways to create a lighthearted environment, but also to remind the team of our core values.
Abe Day
On Abe Lincoln's birthday, we celebrated Abe Day and surprised the team with Abe cookies, posters, and a variety of core value activities.
Apparel
For team events, like a baseball game, we created company apparel.
Conference Rooms
These were created for our conference rooms, named after a Detroit rivalry, American vs. Lafayette Coney Island. We had a contest to determine the name of our two conference rooms and ended up celebrating this Detroit tradition in a variety of ways.
