Design Process Revamp
While working on the UXD team, I became an active participant in the UXD design process update. Previously, our team was acting primarily in a "waterfall method," where design was 100% completed before passing over to our developers. Myself and a few others on the team felt passionately about updating to a more iterative approach. This process revamp included helping plan and facilitate design thinking sessions with executive leadership, as well as helping to roll out the new system.
